Relax......and wake up to what's possible!
For most of us, our days are largely comprised of moving from one unconscious habit to another - habits of thought, of feeling, of behaviors.
Some of these habits we:
- inherited from our families,
- some we picked up from friends,
- and some were messages we absorbed from society.
We all have these unconscious "programs" that run the way we live our lives. They determine why we do the things we do in the way that we do them! While a certain amount of this programming allows us to move smoothly through our days, some of it can prevent us from achieving our goals. When you stop to think about it, maybe this is the trance from which we really need to awaken.
But.....what would your life look like it were lived from a place of wakeful response, instead of unconscious reaction?
